Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves |
1 teaspoon(s) chili powder |
1/2 cup(s) chopped red pepper |
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon(s) hot sauce |
lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a microwave cooking bag. Seal and shake to mix. Pat into a single layer. Cook on full power for 4 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Allow to stand one minute before serving. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. lime juice over chicken. Serve on a bed of lettuce if desired. |
