6 cups fruity red wine (such as beaujolais or pinot noir) |
6 cups apple cider |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 orange, thinly sliced |
1 lemon, thinly sliced |
1 lime, thinly sliced |
Directions:
1. Place first 3 ingredients on an 8 square of cheesecloth; tie with string. Place spice bag in a Dutch oven. Add red wine and remaining 5 ingredients; bring to a simmer over low heat (do not boil).
