This is a great dip served with tortilla chips. A hit with the DH and the children. If someone wants more spicy heat serve some of your favorite hot sauce on the side. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
21 ounces bushes grilling beans, black bean fiesta (flavor) |
1 medium onion, chopped |
2 (4 ounce) cans fire roasted green chilies, chopped |
8 ounces grated cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Spread softened cream cheese in the bottom of a 9 deep dish pie plate. 2. Layer, beans, onion, chile peppers and cheddar cheese 3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and cheese is melted. |
