Sour and Spicy blends just nice and it will make a great companion on a cool evening . Ingredients:
2 tsp ginger garlic paste |
1/2 c white part of spring onion chopped |
1 green chilli - slit |
4 tbsp green peas |
2 tbsp green capsicum , 2 tbsp carrot , 4 tbsp cabbage , 6 babycorns - chopped |
1 tomato cubed |
1 tbsp lemon juice |
1/2 tbsp white vinegar |
1/2 tbsp light soysauce |
1 tbsp tomato soup |
1 stock cube |
3 c water |
4 tbsp green part of springonions , sliced |
1 tsp cornflour mixed in 3 tbsp water |
Directions:
1. In a wok , saute the chilli , paste and onion on high heat . 2. Add the vegetables and stir fry for 4 mins . 3. Add the tomato cubes , sauces , the water and everything . 4. When boil , add the onions and cornflour . 5. Once boil and thickens , serve hot with noodle/pasta . |
