Hot Sesame Spaghetti

Ingredients:
vegetable cooking spray
2 teaspoons hot chile oil, divided
2 1/2 cups coarsely chopped broccoli flowerets
1 cup diced sweet red pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
8 ounces spaghetti, uncooked
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, lightly toasted
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add 1 teaspoon oil. Place over medium-high heat until hot. Add broccoli and next 3 ingredients; saute until vegetables are crisp-tender.
2. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain well. Toss with remaining 1 teaspoon oil. Add broccoli mixture, sesame seeds, and salt; toss well.
