Ingredients:
vegetable cooking spray |
2 teaspoons hot chile oil, divided |
2 1/2 cups coarsely chopped broccoli flowerets |
1 cup diced sweet red pepper |
1/2 cup chopped green onions |
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic |
8 ounces spaghetti, uncooked |
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, lightly toasted |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add 1 teaspoon oil. Place over medium-high heat until hot. Add broccoli and next 3 ingredients; saute until vegetables are crisp-tender. 2. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain well. Toss with remaining 1 teaspoon oil. Add broccoli mixture, sesame seeds, and salt; toss well. |
