Hot Seafood Mexican Dip

Ingredients:
2 lbs velveeta cheese
2 (6 ounce) cans small shrimp, drained
2 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat, drained and flaked
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
Directions:
1. Melt cheese carefully in double boiler over very low heat.
2. Add peppers to taste, tomato sauce, and sherry.
3. Add seafood.
4. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
