Hot Sausage And Cheese Puffs

Spicy and tasty. Great to serve at parties.
Ingredients:
1 lb hot italian sausage
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3 cups bisquick
3/4 to 1 cup milk
Directions:
1. Remove sausage from casing and saute, breaking up the meat.
2. Drain off fat.
3. Place in a bowl and cool.
4. Add cheese, Bisquick and milk.
5. Mix until well blended.
6. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet about 2-inches apart.
7. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until puffed and browned.
