A real treat on a cold winter night. Ingredients:
1 cup butter |
1 cup brown sugar |
3/4 cup icing sugar |
1 quart vanilla ice cream |
nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Beat butter and sugars together. 2. Soften ice cream and mix well with sugars. 3. Put in covered container and store in fridge. 4. To serve: 1 jigger of rum, 2-3 dollups of batter, Hot water, Nutmeg on top/ Put all in a mug and enjoy. |
