This is a wonderful hot roll mix. You can substitute this in place of any hot roll mix. I will post some recipes to use it with. Ingredients:
5 pounds (20 c) all purpose flour (i like better for bread flour) |
1 1/4 c white sugar |
4 tsp salt |
1 c instant non-fat dry milk |
Directions:
1. Dump all ingredients into a giant, clean plastic bag and shake it up. 2. You can also put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix together. 3. Store in an air tight container for up to 6 months. 4. You can also store in zip lock bags. 5. Put it in the freezer to keep it extra fresh. 6. Be sure to identify and date the mix with a permanent marker. |
