While watching a Packers game up in Wisconsin at my sister in laws house, I tried this awesome Reuben Dip that her neighbor brought over. Loving Reubens the way I do, I quickly jotted down the recipe. That was 14 yrs ago and I still have that recipe! Read more ! Ingredients:

1 8oz package of softened cream cheese |
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese |
1/2 cup thousand island dressing |
4 oz of sliced corned beef chopped |
1/2 cup drained sauerkraut |
cocktail rye bread slices, or crackers |
Directions:
1. Preparation: 2. HEAT OVEN TO 400 3. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup of the Swiss cheese, the dressing and corned beef. Spread in ungreased pie plate, 9x 1 1/4 inches or a quiche dish, around the same size. Top with sauerkraut and remaining Swiss cheese. 4. Bake about 15 minutes or until bubbly around the edges. Serve hot with the rye slices or rye crackers! |
