A HOT DIP WITH A TASTE OF A MINI REUBEN SANDWICH TOAST SOME BREAD AND SPREAD IT ON Ingredients:
1 pkg ( 8 ounces) cream cheese softened |
1-1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese ( 6 ounces) |
1/2 cup thousand island dressing |
4 ounces deli -sliced corned beef, chopped |
1/2 cup drained sauerkraut |
cocktail rye bread slices, veggies or pretzels to dip |
Directions:
1. HEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES F. 2. MIX CREAM CHEESE, 1 CUP OF THE SWISS CHEESE, THE THOUSAND ISLAND, AND CORNED BEEF. 3. SPREAD IN UNGREASED PIE PLATE, 9X 1-1/4 INCHES 4. TOP WITH SAUERKRAUT AND REMAINING 1/2 CUP SWISS CHEESE. 5. BAKE ABOUT 15 MINUTES OR UNITL BUBBLY AROUND EDGE. SERVE HOT WITH COCKTAIL BREAD, VEGGIES, OR PRETZELS |
