This dip is different and so good. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese (6 oz) |
1/2 cup thousand island dressing |
4 ounces shaved deli corned beef, chopped |
1/2 cup drained sauerkraut |
rye cocktail bread or cracker |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400. 2. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup swiss cheese, dressing and corned beef. 3. Spread in pie plate or quiche dish. 4. Top with sauerkraut and remaining 1/2 cup cheese. 5. Bake about 15 minutes or until bubbly around edges. 6. Serve hot with cocktail rye bread or crackers. |
