This is a quick and easy dish to be served as a light starter. If ingredients are increased it can double as a main. Please remember to season according to personal tastes. Ingredients:
10 large prawn, deveined and butterflied |
250ml lemon juice |
2 tbs chilli paste |
2tsp chopped coriander |
3 garlic cloves, chopped |
1 cm fresh ginger |
200ml olive oil |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix chilli paste, lemon juice, coriander, garlic, ginger and salt in a blender. 2. blend until smooth, then gradually drizzled the oil into the mixture while blending 3. Heat 10ml of olive oil in a pan 4. season pan with salt and pepper 5. fry prawns for 2 minutes without overcooking 6. remove from the pan 7. drizzled sauce over prawns and cook |
