these potatoes add some heat to an indoor fish fry Ingredients:
16 fist sized washed and cubed potaoes skin on |
one diced red, yellow, and green pepper |
fresh black pepper corns for ginding |
one baseball sized vidallia onion |
two healthy bunches of diced and chopped chives |
one big finger sized diced chilli pepper( pick your own heat or variety) |
lemon pepper seasoning |
olive oil |

Directions:
1. pre heat oven to 350 2. drizzle olive oil in cake pan ..dont have the oil floatin just a coating... 3. shake in a light seasoning of lemon pepper 4. grind the cake pan floor filthy with black pepper corns 5. cubed potatoes and all diced peppers get mixed with finely chopped onion, and chives 6. add this spooned in as a second layer to the seasoning on the cake pan floor. dont mix or stir once its in the pan 7. take the diced chilli pepper and broadcast it across the top 8. grind a dash more black pepper on top and lightly shake the top with lemon pepper 9. drizzle evenly a lite glistening of olive oil over the entire top 10. bake one hour -check tators for tenderness.. 11. serve with small fire extinguisher |
