These are such easy potatoes that it's a sin...I only recently did the measure of how I do it, but I hope I did it to melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes |
1 pint sour cream |
1 pound shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup milk |
1 bunch scallions, diced |
salt and pepper to taste |
plus...i am sooo sure others can add more to this one |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes until firm but done. 2. Peel and grate...whatch your fingers so you don't get burned! Into big bowl. 3. Add cheese and onions. 4. Mix potatoes, cheese, onions, sour cream, and milk. 5. Fold into a 9x13 inch dish. 6. Heat at 350 degrees until bubbly. |
