BBQ season ready, a great side dish with any meat fish or poultry. With many infusions of herbs and spices. Ingredients:
4 tbs ofdijon mustard |
2 green onions |
hand full of chives |
pinch of dill |
1 garlic clove |
1 tbs of lemon or lemon zest |
1/3 cup of mayonaise |
1/3 cup of sour creme |
salt |
pepper |
10-20 small yukon gold potatoes |
Directions:
1. in a small pan sautee in olive oil onions with dijon mustard 2. add garlic in the saucepan 3. in a microwave safe bowl add potatoes make sure to prick them 4. add 1/4 cup of water to the bottom to steam 5. put in the microwave for 10 minutes or until potatoes are soft 6. in a bowl mix sour creme mayo 7. add lemon 8. dill and chives 9. and then the dijon and onions 10. and salt and pepper to taste 11. mix in with potatoes 12. lemon zest for presentation |
