A little sweet, a little tangy.....a lot easy! Ingredients:
5 medium red potatoes, halved |
1 large dark orange sweet potato, halved |
8 ounce cooked kielbasa, sliced |
1/2 c water |
1 t flour |
1/4 c thinly sliced green onions |
3 t sugar |
3 t cider vinegar |
1/4 t salt |
1/8 t pepper |
Directions:
1. Place red and sweet potatoes in small pan and cook until tender 2. Heat sausage in skillet 5 minutes or until browned 3. In small bowl, combine water and flour 4. Add flour mixture, onions, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper to sausage, stir 5. Bring to boil, cook 1 minute, stirring 6. Peel sweet potato, cut potatoes into cubes 7. Place in medium bowl, pour sausage mixture over potatoes; mix well |
