This is a favorite in our family! Hope you enjoy it too! I'm not sure where the recipe came from, but I'm glad my mom found it! Ingredients:
8 medium potatoes |
1 lb velveeta cheese |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 lb bacon, fried and crumbled |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook, peel, and dice potatoes. 2. Place potatoes, cheese, onions, mayo, salt, and pepper into greased baking dish. 3. Sprinkle bacon on top. 4. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F. |
