Hot pepper cheese and a bit of hot pepper sauce add zip to this colorful dip. Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup milk |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded |
1/4 cup black olives, chopped |
1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimento, drained |
1 tablespoon green onion, thinly sliced |
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce |
fresh veggies for dipping |
Directions:
1. Beat together sour cream, milk and cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth. 2. Fold in Pepper Jack cheese, olives, pimento, green onion and hot pepper sauce. 3. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. 4. Serve wtih fresh vegetables. |
