This is a good change for turkey and it is very good...my friends and family talk about it all the time. Ingredients:
5 teaspoons red wine vinegar |
2 teaspoons pastene hot crushed bell peppers |
1 teaspoon minced garlic clove |
2 teaspoons kosher salt |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. This recipe has always been done on a 20 lbs turkey and I usually multiple the recipe 8 times for the 20 lb turkey or 4 times for a 10 lb turkey. 2. Marinate cavity, pour over turkey and rub into skin marinate overnight in refrigerator (Do not cover with aluminum in refrigerator). Cook uncovered as usual. |
