Hot Pepper Spinach Dip

Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
2 cups half-and-half
3/4 lb jalapeno pepper cheese
3/4 lb white american cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (4 ounce) jar pimientos
Directions:
1. Thaw, drain and squeeze spinach dry.
2. Melt cheeses in the half and half.
3. Add spinach, onion and pimentos.
4. Serve with tortilla chips or pita bread.
