From a cookbook I found at a garage sale Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach |
2 cups half-and-half |
3/4 lb jalapeno pepper cheese |
3/4 lb white american cheese |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 (4 ounce) jar pimientos |
Directions:
1. Thaw, drain and squeeze spinach dry. 2. Melt cheeses in the half and half. 3. Add spinach, onion and pimentos. 4. Serve with tortilla chips or pita bread. |
