Hot Pepper Sesame Peanuts

These are easy to make and can be made and stored for long periods of time. I try to make up a double batch of these when we have our game board or card parties. Always a hit. You can mae them as hot or as mild as you want based on the amount of pepper used. Read more . Enjoy
Ingredients:
2 cups lightly toasted shelled peanuts
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons kosher salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250 then line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Combine peanuts, oil, garlic powder, ginger, pepper flakes and chili powder.
3. Toss until nuts are well coated then transfer nuts to prepared sheet and arrange in single layer.
4. Place in oven and bake 10 minutes then remove from oven and immediately loosen nuts.
5. Sprinkle evenly with salt and set aside to cool at least 1 hour before serving.
