Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon(s) alum |
1 head(s) garlic |
1 bunch(es) hot peppers |
3 cup(s) oil |
1/4 cup(s) oregano |
2/3 cup(s) salt |
1 quart(s) vinegar |
3 cup(s) water |
Directions:
1. Wash and clean peppers. slice into rings. Mix other ingredients, pour over pepper slices to cover. Let stand at least two hours. Pack into jars, cover with brine and KEEP REFRIGERATED. The longer the better. |
