Drizzle over pasta, pizza, etc. From Stefano Faita. I'm starting to love this guy. Ingredients:
8 small dried chilies |
1 cup extra virgin olive oil |
2 garlic cloves |
3 teaspoons coarse sea salt |
Directions:
1. Sterilize a 1 cup mason jar or the equivalent. 2. Remove stems from the dried peppers. Cut peppers in half and remove all the seeds; finely chop. 3. Add olive oil, garlic and sea salt to a blender or food processor. Pulse to combine. 4. Fill jar with olive oil mixture; refrigerate. |
