Ingredients:
2 cups minced red onion |
1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice |
2/3 cup minced jalapeƱo peppers (about 5 large) |
1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours. Serve with pork and Feijoada. |
