MY families favorite side and it is so easy to make. This dish is wonderful at potlucks as it can be ate cold or hot. I ALWAYS get asked for the recipe Ingredients:
4 cans whole kernel corn |
1/2 stick butter or margarine |
1 brick cream cheese (cut in chunks for easier melting) |
5-10 slices jalepenos crushed or finely chopped (use less to start then add as desired this dish gets spicier as it sits) |
Directions:
1. Drain corn 2. add butter ,cream cheese, and corn in large skillet 3. once cheese and butter are melted turn off heat add jalepenos stir and serve. |
