Hot pepper cheese brings pizzazz to this great party dip. Enjoy... Ingredients:
1c. sour cream |
8oz. cream cheese, softened |
1/4c. chopped pitted ripe olives |
2c. hot pepper jack cheese, shredded |
2oz. jar diced pimiento, drained |
1tbs. sliced green onion |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Combine sour cream and cream cheese in small bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth.
2. Stir in all remaining ingredients except tortilla chips. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips, or may use as dip for veggie tray!
