                                                2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened  |  
                                                4 tablespoons milk  |  
                                                5 ounces dried beef, diced  |  
                                                1/4 small onion, diced  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon garlic powder  |  
                                                1 teaspoon white pepper  |  
                                                1 cup sour cream  |  
                                                1/2 cup pecans, chopped  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Preheat oven to 325°F 2. Combine the first six ingredients in a medium bowl. Fold in sour cream. Place in a small ovenproof dish and top with pecans. 3.
