Hot Peanut Dip

Hot Dip for meat (chicken or other)
Ingredients:
175 ml coconut milk
50 g peanut butter (crunchy one)
2 shallots (french onions)
2 chili peppers
3 tablespoons japanese soy sauce
Directions:
1. Cut the shallot into small pieces. Heat the coconut milk with the peanut butter, ad the shallots, soy sauce and Chilli. Cook everything for 10 minutes, so that you have a creamy dip.
