Hot Dip for meat (chicken or other) Ingredients:
175 ml coconut milk |
50 g peanut butter (crunchy one) |
2 shallots (french onions) |
2 chili peppers |
3 tablespoons japanese soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Cut the shallot into small pieces. Heat the coconut milk with the peanut butter, ad the shallots, soy sauce and Chilli. Cook everything for 10 minutes, so that you have a creamy dip. 2. That's it! Bon appétit! |
