From 'Brit Spice' by Manju Malhi. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons peanut butter, smooth or crunchy |
1/4 teaspoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 minced garlic clove |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. 2. serve with roast chicken or mashed potato. 3. will keep in fridge for up to 1 week. 4. Note this can be used as marinade with the addition of soy sauce. |
