Hot Oriental Dipping Sauce |

Ingredients:
3/4 cup soy sauce |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon white vinegar |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
12 slices fresh ginger |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon hot sauce |
2 teaspoons cornstarch |
1/4 cup cold water |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except cornstarch and cold water in a saucepan, simmer 5 minutes. 2. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water, add to pan. 3. Cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute. 4. Serve warm. |
