Hot Onion Souffle Appetizer

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Garcia Estate in Richardson, Texas in 1992.
Ingredients:
4 cups frozen chopped onion thawed
24 ounces cream cheese softened
2 cups grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Press onion between layers of paper towels to remove excess moisture.
2. Combine onion and remaining ingredients then stir well.
3. Spoon into a lightly greased soufflé dish and bake uncovered at 425 for 15 minutes.
4. Serve warm with corn chips or assorted crackers.
