Hot off the Grill Potatoes |

An excellent side dish to make right on the grill! Ingredients:
6 -8 potatoes, cubed |
1/2-3/4 lb bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled |
1 green pepper, chopped |
1 bunch green onion, sliced |
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a disposable foil pan. 2. Cover with heavy duty aluminum foil and place on the grill over medium high heat. 3. Grill until the potatoes are tender, about 20-25 minutes. |
