This is good for that tailgating party in the fall or for any party or company. Ingredients:
1 envelope vegetable recipe soup mix |
1 container ricotta cheese (15 oz) |
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and drained; crumbled |
3/4 cup shredded monterey jack cheese |
assorted crackers |
Directions:
1. In one quart casserole, combine soup mix, ricotta, 1/2 cup 2. monterey jack cheese and bacon. 3. Top with remaining montery jack cheese and bake uncovered 30 minutes or until heated through. 4. Serve with crackers. 5. Makes about 2 1/2 cups dip. |
