Hot Mushroom Dip

A really good appetizer dip made from one of my favourite veggies: mushrooms. You can serve this with any cracker, but Melba toast or Triscuits work best.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 tablespoons minced parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
cayenne pepper
8 ounces sour cream
Directions:
1. Saute garlic in butter for 3 minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream.
3. Saute for 1 more minute.
4. Fold in sour cream & serve on Melba toast, Triscuits, or any cracker you choose.
