A really good appetizer dip made from one of my favourite veggies: mushrooms. You can serve this with any cracker, but Melba toast or Triscuits work best. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced |
3 tablespoons minced parsley |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
cayenne pepper |
8 ounces sour cream |
Directions:
1. Saute garlic in butter for 3 minutes. 2. Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream. 3. Saute for 1 more minute. 4. Fold in sour cream & serve on Melba toast, Triscuits, or any cracker you choose. |
