Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb mushroom, sliced
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a chaffing dish.
2. Add garlic, mushrooms, parsley, salt and pepper.
3. Cook until mushrooms are tender (about 30 minutes).
4. Fold in sour cream.
5. Serve on melba toast.
