a good dip to serve at party with melba toast Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 lb mushroom, sliced |
2 tablespoons dried parsley |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a chaffing dish. 2. Add garlic, mushrooms, parsley, salt and pepper. 3. Cook until mushrooms are tender (about 30 minutes). 4. Fold in sour cream. 5. Serve on melba toast. |
