                    This is a wonderful apple cider perfect for a cold winter/fall day. Serve with a cinnamon stick for stirring Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                8 cups apple cider  |  
                                                1 apple (red skinned, cut in slices)  |  
                                                3 sticks cinnamon  |  
                                                6 cloves, whole  |  
                                                1 strip orange rind, 2-3 inches  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Cook over medium heat until steaming; reduce heat to low and simmer gently until spices have infused liquid, approx 30 minute. 2. Strain into warmed mugs.                              |
