Hot Mulled Apple Cider With Apples, Orange & Cinnamon

This is a wonderful apple cider perfect for a cold winter/fall day. Serve with a cinnamon stick for stirring
Ingredients:
8 cups apple cider
1 apple (red skinned, cut in slices)
3 sticks cinnamon
6 cloves, whole
1 strip orange rind, 2-3 inches
Directions:
1. Cook over medium heat until steaming; reduce heat to low and simmer gently until spices have infused liquid, approx 30 minute.
2. Strain into warmed mugs.
