I found this on mouthwatering munchies, you can have it alcoholic using Bailey's or non-alcoholic using an Irish Cream Syrup. Simple to make & lovely when you need a little sweet fix! Ingredients:
1/2 cup creamy evaporated milk |
1/4 cup water |
1 teaspoon coffee |
2 teaspoons drinking chocolate |
1 tablespoon irish cream |
Directions:
1. Combine Creamy Evaporated Milk and water in a 250mL mug. For 1200 watt microwave oven, microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 30 seconds. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients and microwave on HIGH (100% power) for a further 20 seconds until hot. 3. Stir and serve. |
