I love spicy sushi and i am pretty picky when it comes to taste. i didn't really like the taste of other store bought hot mayo's, so i decided to make my own. i think it taste great and you can make it as spicy as you want. ...i am just adding a suggestion which i have not tried yet in sushi, but McCormick makes a chipotle mayonnaise that taste great and may work well also.
