Depending on your own taste add less or more garlic and red chili. You may use 5% or 10% instead of 15% cream. Serve with pasta and white bread. Ingredients:
1 table spoon olive oil |
3 -5 garlic, gloves |
1 biggish red onion (or 2 smaller ones) |
300 g chopped chicken meat (file) |
1/2-1 red chili pepper |
200 ml 15% cream |
1 table spoon ground black pepper |
salt |
Directions:
1. Saute minced garlic and onion in the pan with the olive oil. 2. Add chicken meat to the pan and saute meat a while until part of the chicken meat is lightly browned. 3. Add deseeded and finely chopped red chili to the pan and fry until chicken is browned. 4. Add the cream and ground black pepper. 5. Add salt, if using. 6. Check seasoning. 7. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir once and while. |
