This recipe comes from a little book called ABC Jiffy Cookery. I've had it for over 50 years. I haven't tried any of the recipes yet. I'm putting them here so I can find them easier. Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can lobsters |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon prepared mustard |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
3 drops tabasco sauce |
3 tablespoons sherry wine |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
toast rounds or cracker |
Directions:
1. Drain lobster. Mince meat very fine or grind. Add seasonings, sherry and mayonnaise. Pile mixture on small rounds of toast or crackers and place under broiler until sauce bubbles. |
