This recipe comes from a little book called ABC Jiffy Cookery. I've had it for over 50 years. I haven't tried any of the recipes yet. I'm putting them here so I can find them easier.
Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can lobsters
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
3 drops tabasco sauce
3 tablespoons sherry wine
1/2 cup mayonnaise
toast rounds or cracker
Directions:
1. Drain lobster. Mince meat very fine or grind. Add seasonings, sherry and mayonnaise. Pile mixture on small rounds of toast or crackers and place under broiler until sauce bubbles.
