I actually usually make this when I'm sick, but it tastes great on healthy days too! Adjust the sweetener up or down to suit your taste for tartness. Ingredients:
1 small lemon, juice of |
1 tablespoon splenda sugar substitute |
8 -10 ounces boiling water |
Directions:
1. Juice the lemon into your mug. 2. Add Splenda. 3. Top with boiling water, stir and serve. |
