When you have a sore throat here is something you can make. It really helps. Ingredients:
1 whole lemon |
ginger |
honey |
hot water |
Directions:
1. Squeeze the lemon in a mug. 2. grate the ginger and add it to the squeezed out lemon. 3. add 1 teaspoon of honey (any honey) 4. add the hot water 5. and stir everything together 6. and enjoy. |
