This dip gives a spicy kick! My family demanded the recipe as they hovered over the dip. Hopefully your family will love it too! Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2cup sour cream |
1 can (4 ounce) chopped green chilies, drained |
5 fresh jalapeno peppers seeded and diced |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup panko crumbs (japanese bread crumbs) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°. 2. Stir together cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth. 3. Stir in green chiles and jalapeno peppers. 4. Pour mixture into a oven safe serving dish, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and panko crumbs. 5. Bake for 15 minutes then turn on broiler for 3-5 minutes to lightly brown the top. 6. Serve with chips, crackers, or a crusty bread. |
