easy but filling dinner dish Ingredients:
2 lbs hot italian sausage links |
2 medium onions |
8 medium potatoes |
2 green peppers |
2 (14 3/4 ounce) cans pizza sauce |
Directions:
1. cut up sausage abd brown'.
2. put in large casserole.
3. brown onions and peppers with sausages chopped.
4. peel and chop potatoes.
5. add to caserole.
6. salt and pepper lightly.
7. cover with pizza sauce.
8. cover and bake at 325 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
