Ingredients:
8 ounce(s) light cream cheese |
1/4 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup(s) buitoni reduced-fat pesto with basil sauce |
1/2 cup(s) roasted red peppers, coarsely chopped |
1/2 cube(s) part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese and Parmesan cheese together and spread onto bottom of 9 pie plate or quiche dish. 2. Layer remaining ingredients (in their order) over cream cheese mixture. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 4. Serve hot with assorted crackers, pita chips, or Italian bread. |
