                    Loaded with zesty sausage and an array of vegetables. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 lb bulk hot italian sausage  |  
                                                1 (14 1/2 ounce) can italian stewed tomatoes  |  
                                                1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce  |  
                                                1 cup frozen italian vegetables  |  
                                                3/4 cup bell pepper, julienned  |  
                                                1/4 cup chopped onion  |  
                                                1/4 cup chicken broth or 1/4 cup white wine  |  
                                                1 teaspoon brown sugar  |  
                                                fresh parsley (minced)  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning  |  
                                                1/8 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1/8 teaspoon pepper  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink. 2. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients, and bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. 4.
