Hot Horseradish Cream Sauce

An easy to make sauce for over hot vegetables.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup low-fat milk
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour.
2. Add milk a little at a time, stirring well after each addition to prevent lumps.
3. Add more milk if sauce is too thick, continue cooking if sauce is too thin.
4. Add mustard and salt and pepper to taste.
5. Pour hot over vegetables.
