this is really easy to make and has a great flavor,even my kids will eat hominy this way..great for a funeral dinner Ingredients:
4 cans drained hominy |
2 cans drained chopped green chilies |
2 cups sour cream |
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
garlic salt |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. combine ingredients,adding garlic salt,salt,and pepper to taste. 2. Pour in a 9 by 13 inch casserole dish. 3. Cook at 325 degrees until bubbly,about 20 minutes. |
