Love garlic? These potatoes are fill with garlic smells and taste! Absolutely gives you satisfaction! Ingredients:
6 potatoes (small / medium size) |
1500ml water |
8-10 cloves garlic |
1 brocolli cut off the stems |
2 tbsp butter |
1 tbsp lemon juice |
some lemon zest |
salt to taste |
pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Wash and boil the potatoeswith the water till soft. (Caution not too soft untill it falls apart) 2. While boiling potatoes, chop and mince the garlic till very fine. Leave aside. 3. Break the brocolli into large pieces, steam it for about 8 minutes and sprinkle some salt to taste. The brocolli will turn soft. When you shake the brocolli, all the tiny stem leaves will fall out. Save and use it later. 4. Chop the remaining brocolli into pieces. 5. After the potatoes are soft, peel the skin, cut in to bite pieces. 6. Toss in the butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir and mix well. 7. Last sprinkle in the chopped garlic, brocolli and lemon zest. Stir again. 8. That's it hope you like it! |
